100 years ago Virginia harvested more than 10 million bushels of oysters annually. Last year that harvest was only about 20,000 bushels.
The future of oysters in the Chesapeake Bay lies in farming the oysters and we are at the forefront of this movement.
Farming allows us to manage the entire process, from the hatchery to the half-shell, giving us the unique ability to offer a sustainable, ecologically friendly, and consistently delicious product.
